my previous stay in springfield was decent, but this time at the doubletree exceeded my expectations! the room was immaculate and spacious, providing a comforting atmosphere after a long day. the warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in was a delightful bonus!...  

Comfortable Stay Amidst Renovations

We enjoyed our brief stay during a family visit. The staff's warmth made a difference, especially during breakfast at the attached restaurant, where the pancake stack was a hit with the kids! Be aware of limited parking due to ongoing renovations, but overall a nice experience.

I loved my stay! The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds gave me all the comfort I needed. Plus, I can't forget that warm chocolate chip...  

The event staff was friendly and helped us set up a small family gathering, which was seamless and enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities. A game room would have been great for families.

I really enjoyed how quiet the DoubleTree was during my stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which made me feel at home. The staff greeted me with warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in, a sweet touch I appreciated. The location was prime with easy access to Walmart for any supplies I needed. However, I noticed the pool area needs updating. It felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Also, there was no refrigerator in my room, which would have been a helpful addition. The dining options could improve too. while the food tasted good, the plastic utensils and lack of proper dishware were disappointing. I expected better for the price I paid.

Room was spacious and immaculate with air conditioning and a tea/coffee maker. Loved the fitness center and the indoor swimming pool for downtime. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Also, the strong Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected. Overall a solid place to stay for families.

This place suits me perfectly. With free parking, a fitness center, and a warm welcome drink, it's all I need. I remember how staff helped return documents I left behind on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city break!...

Additionally, some items were found in the bed, raising concerns about cleanliness. Security features, such as requiring a key to access the elevator, added peace of mind.
